Eligibility:
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Graduation from ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
- California pharmacy intern license by start date
- California pharmacist license within 120 days of start
Requirements:
- Official academic transcript
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Three letters of recommendation submitted via PhORCAS
Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital only accepts applications through PhORCAS.
- The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency interview would be conducted by Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hosptial. Currently in pre-candidate status with ASHP.
- All application requirements must be submitted via PhORCAS by application deadline, January 3rd, 2025, to be considered for an interview.
