  2. >100 hours of in person Spine lab with FAAOMPT faculty
  3. >60 hours of in person Extremity lab with FAAOMPT faculty
  4. >150 hours of 1:1 mentoring during patient care with FAAOMPT faculty
  5. Research appraisal and project which will be presented to other education programs
