How to Apply
We’re looking for fellows who are passionate about enhancing the practice of integrative medicine for underserved populations. We welcome applications from family physicians both within and outside the Sutter Santa Rosa Residency Program.
To apply, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and have all application materials ready. We require additional materials from physicians applying from institutions outside of our residency program.
Eligibility Criteria
You’re eligible to apply to the integrative medicine fellowship program if you:
- Graduate from an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency, or will complete residency training prior to the start of fellowship.
- Hold a full California medical license by the fellowship start date
Application Details
To apply, you must submit:
- Your CV
- A journey statement
- Responses to application questions
- A letter of support from your residency program director*
- A letter of recommendation from a physician familiar with your patient care*
*Required for applicants outside the Sutter Santa Rosa Residency Program.
