Self-Referrals
Most employees can seek help for themselves through Sutter EAP by calling 800-477-2258 or requesting services online through the initial service request form.
Informal Referrals
If an employee voluntarily seeks assistance from supervisors, human resource staff or fellow employees, encourage them to contact Sutter EAP to access services.
Formal Referrals
If you’re concerned about an employee’s well-being or if there’s sufficient cause for termination of employment, you can contact Sutter EAP at 800-477-2258 for a consultation.
