Sutter EAP Provider Network

Make a difference in the lives of Sutter employees as an EAP provider. The application process is quick and easy.

Sutter Employee Assistance Program (Sutter EAP) is a full service, not-for-profit program that started in 1982. The program provides intervention, assessment and mental health referrals to more than 60,000 employees from Sutter Health and 60 outside companies, predominantly in Northern California and Hawaii.

Active Network Providers

Sutter EAP providers are credentialed and contracted by our provider relations department. All our providers must be in network with Sutter EAP and must have an active contract to conduct services with Sutter EAP members. It’s the provider’s responsibility to ensure Sutter EAP has updated credentials including license and insurance. The following documents should be sent directly to Sutter EAP:

Minimum Criteria

  1. All providers must be licensed with no board actions.
  2. All providers must carry professional and general liability insurance with a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
