Approach to care

Primary care has always been my passion—the gateway to medicine, where we see the whole person. I combine conventional medicine with preventive, functional, and integrative approaches to help patients reach their full health potential at any age. Through individual functional medicine consultations, I provide personalized, patient-centered care that considers the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I believe strongly in the power of group medical visits, especially in supporting women through perimenopause/menopause with knowledge, grace, and community.
