About Me

Philosophy of Care

At Sutter Health's Concierge Medicine, NP Aihua directs the Four Pillars of Wellness Program. The Four Pillars of Wellness consist of Meals, Movement, Mindset, and Medicine. Through personalized care, evidence-based medicine, and trusting relationships, Aihua works with patients to manage their unique medical needs and life circumstances so patients can achieve their optimal health. She provides medical evaluation and management of obesity-related conditions, behavioral counseling, lifestyle coaching, and collaboration with patients' physicians and specialists.
