Isabel’s philosophy of care is grounded in relational, ethically guided, and clinically sound practice that honors the dignity, resilience, and lived experience of every person she serves. As a bicultural and bilingual clinician, she brings cultural humility and linguistic responsiveness into her work. She has extensive experience supporting individuals, children, and families across community‑based, public mental health, and private practice settings, including underserved and high‑risk populations. Isabel approaches care through a systemic lens, recognizing the impact of family systems, cultural context, and structural barriers on overall well‑being.

Isabel’s work centers on supporting women across the lifespan. She specializes in women’s mental and emotional health during the perinatal and postpartum periods, as well as during the complex transitions of midlife and menopause. Her clinical focus includes helping women navigate role changes, caregiving demands, career stress, health changes, and the evolving emotional needs that emerge throughout different stages of life. Her approach honors the full experience of womanhood—mind, body, relationships, and culture—while recognizing that mental health needs change over time. She is also a strong advocate for families, with a commitment to strengthening family systems, supporting parent‑child relationships, and fostering healthy, resilient family environments. Her work integrates relational care, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative support to promote stability, connection, and long‑term well‑being for women and families.

She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).

Isabel values time with her family and prioritizes meaningful connection and balance in her life. She enjoys outdoor activities, watching sports, and traveling with her daughter.
