Ms. Garza also approaches therapeutic work with research-supported strategies to ensure that clients feel equipped to face their mental health challenges with confidence. She firmly believes that without following science-backed methods, therapy may fall short of its full potential. In addition, she recognizes and respects the unique experiences, cultures, and backgrounds of each client, and strives to be a humble learner of their world and individual needs.

As a mom of two young children, I love spending time with my husband and kids the most! When I have free time, I enjoy painting, drawing, songwriting, and gardening.
