Samantha walks with patients—gently and intentionally—as they explore new ways of understanding themselves and creating meaningful, lasting change. Her approach provides space for quiet reflection, honest discovery, and compassionate growth.

When individuals feel lost or overwhelmed, Samantha reminds them they do not have to face it alone. She believes that even our hardest thoughts and darkest moments are often temporary signals of a mind trying its best to cope. Together, she helps uncover healthier, more supportive ways to navigate those moments.

Using cognitive‑behavioral tools and evidence‑based mindfulness practices, Samantha supports individuals working through anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief, loss, and life’s many challenges. She also works with couples, helping partners strengthen connection, trust, and emotional safety through the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Whether navigating conflict, communication struggles, or relationship transitions, Samantha approaches patterns with compassion and helps build deeper, more resilient bonds. She looks forward to connecting and beginning this healing journey together.

Her clinical focus includes minors age 15+ and adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, coping challenges, major life transitions, couples concerns, infidelity, self‑harm, stress, and postpartum support.

She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).

Samantha finds joy in spending time outdoors and tending to her garden, savoring peaceful moments in nature during walks, and escaping to the beach whenever possible. She enjoys murder mystery and suspense novels, letting stories carry her away. Her young son keeps her active, curious, and constantly seeing the world with renewed wonder and openness.
