Sutter Pharmacy Student Experiential Education Program
The Sutter Health Pharmacy Department provides training opportunities through IPPE (Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences) and APPE (Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences) rotations across Northern California. Students will have the unique opportunity to complete both core and elective rotations in a non-profit organization, in various care settings including inpatient, outpatient, system office, and remote services. The goal of our student program is to advance the student’s ability to provide patient care through hands-on experiences. Students will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care for patients.

- Greater East Bay – Oakland, Berkeley (ABSMC), Castro Valley (Eden), Antioch (Delta)

How to Apply
Students must attend schools affiliated with Sutter Health. Please contact your school’s Educational Experiential Office to find out rotation availabilities. Sutter Health is unable to provide IPPE or APPE rotations to schools not affiliated with Sutter Health.
