Pharmacy PGY-1 Residency
The Sutter Health PGY1 Pharmacy Residency – East Bay is a multi-site program that offers the resident exposure to a variety of practice environments and experiences.
Live and train in the East Bay, a diverse and vibrant region offering a unique blend of urban, suburban, and outdoor lifestyles. From Oakland's thriving food and arts scene to Berkeley's historic neighborhoods and the scenic parks and trails throughout the region, residents enjoy a wide variety of experiences outside of work. Convenient access to BART and major highways makes commuting between training sites straightforward, while proximity to San Francisco, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, and the California coast provides endless opportunities for weekend adventures. With diverse communities, abundant outdoor recreation, and a lower cost of living than many neighboring Bay Area communities, the East Bay is an exceptional place to live and train during residency.
