Program Eligibility
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Graduation from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school
- Eligible for California pharmacist licensure
Application Requirements
- Official academic transcript
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Three letters of recommendations submitted via PhORCAS
All application requirements must be submitted via PhORCAS by application deadline January 9, 2026, to be considered for an interview.
