Our Residency Program

The Sutter Health PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency is an ASHP pre-accredited, multi-site program located in Northen California’s Bay and Valley areas. This program is designed to offer residents extensive exposure to a variety of practice environments and experiences. By rotating through multiple locations, residents gain insight into different practices and have the opportunity to expand their professional networks.

Educational Highlights 

The Sutter Health PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency offers diverse rotations across Northern California, providing experience in both acute and ambulatory oncology care. Residents complete nine core rotations, covering areas like hematology, medical oncology, and investigational drug services, with options for four elective rotations. Longitudinal rotations in research, operations, and teaching further develop their skills. This comprehensive program prepares residents for a well-rounded oncology pharmacy career.
