Eligibility:
- Graduation from ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
- Graduation from accredited PGY1 Residency program
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in California
- Must obtain California pharmacist license within 120 days from the start of the PGY2 residency year
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or must possess valid authorization to work in the United States
Requirements:
- Must submit a standard application through the Pharmacy Online Application Service (PhORCAS) application with the following information:
- Statement of Interest/Letter of intent that outlines your career goals, explains your interest in the oncology specialty, highlights important aspects of your personal background that will give us insight into you as an applicant, and details your reasons for applying to the oncology residency program at Sutter Health.
- Official academic transcript
- Curriculum vitae with match number
- Three letters of recommendation utilizing the PhORCAS form
- All application requirements must be submitted via PhORCAS by application deadline, January 3rd, 2025, to be considered for an interview
