Message From Our Program Director
Dear Fellowship Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in our Hand Fellowship. We are genuinely excited to connect with clinicians who are drawn to the depth, challenge, and impact of hand therapy.
In this program, you will be challenged—intellectually, clinically, and professionally. With that challenge comes mentorship, collaboration, and a learning environment that encourages questions, reflection, and growth. We are deeply invested in our fellows and take pride in fostering a culture that reflects Sutter Health’s values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, and compassion.
A selection committee with representatives from Sutter Health and the Hand Therapy Fellowship team will review the applications, and interviews will be scheduled with selected candidates. We are seeking applicants who are passionate about hand therapy, curious, committed, open to feedback, and ready to engage fully in both the demands and rewards of an intensive fellowship experience.
