Care Everywhere (Epic)
A native Epic to Epic health information exchange service. The service allows for real time querying of a patient’s medical record.
Request Access
Carequality
The service enables secure connectivity between clinic/Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems by using intermediaries (Implementers) such as Health Information Exchanges (HIE), EHR suppliers, payers, clearinghouses, or other types data exchange organizations. Hence, different entities can use interoperability tools and services to provide data connectivity from various information sources.
Please verify with your system supplier that their system is able to exchange data using Carequality, before completing the intake form.
Request Access
Data Extracts
Patient data needed by provider practices, billing services, and/or other covered entities. The information is securely sent electronically to the requester in a structured file format that can be reviewed in its raw form or extracted/imported to other compatible systems. The clinical data may include physician orders, progress notes, as well as demographic and insurance information. This service is available to eligible requesters at no cost.

SutterLink
A web-based interface that connects to our Sutter’s Epic database and delivers certain records and functions to external users. SutterLink shares Epic data in real time, but it does not look or function like Epic (in most cases). SutterLink is generally used when the user is outside of a Sutter facility and needs to look up individual patients. SutterLink users have varying levels of access, depending on the user’s role and situation.
