Currently, the program is by invitation only. If you’re invited, you’ll get a message in your My Health Online message center.

When you sign up, we'll send you a Care Kit. It will contain detailed instructions and one or more digital monitors, depending on the conditions you're tracking. These monitors connect to your My Health Online account and send your real-time health data to our care team.

Yes. If you use a CGM, you can still enroll in Sutter Sync. It is also important to use the glucometer we send you — the readings are sent directly to your health chart in your My Health Online app. 

Yes, your health information is safe and secure. Your readings and any other information you share with us are stored in My Health Online, a trusted platform designed to protect your personal health information.

Unlike most programs, Sutter Sync doesn’t have a specific end date. That’s because we know managing ongoing health issues doesn’t end in just a few weeks.

We know you’re busy, so we only ask for a few minutes of your time each week. By taking at least one or two readings per week and checking out your health guides, we’ll be able to help you get your numbers under control and keep them that way.
