Sutter Sync is completely free for invited participants. There are no fees, no hidden charges — just support and resources, like our special Sutter Sync Monitors and a Sutter Sync Pharmacist to help you with medicine and understand trends. All at no cost to you.  

Lab work, medications, co-pays and routine care are all billed separately, since they’re outside of Sutter Sync.

Right now, the program is by invitation only.  If your doctor recommends Sutter Sync for you, you'll get an invite in your My Health Online message center. You can also check to see if you are eligible by going to your Care Plan page. 

If you sign up for blood pressure, we'll send you a Care Kit. It will contain detailed instructions and a digital monitor. The monitor connects to your My Health Online account and sends your real-time health data to our care team.

Your Sutter Sync care team includes your pharmacist, care coordinators and you! Your pharmacist reviews the numbers from your readings and will reach out if there are any concerns, like high or low readings or if your medication needs adjusting. Your pharmacist’s care coordinators assist with challenges like monitor issues or health recommendations. Your participation is key — the more you do, the better your personalized care will be. Your doctor will have recommended your enrollment in the program, and they will be able to see your progress along with other care team members.

You can find all your health information in My Health Online. Sutter Sync is fully integrated with My Health Online, so all your health information is in one place.

Yes. Your readings and other information are stored in My Health Online, a trusted and secure system that protects your health data.  

Your doctor will have recommended your enrollment in the program, and they will be able to see your progress. You and your doctor can track your Sync progress alongside the rest of your health data.

Unlike most programs, Sutter Sync doesn’t have a specific end date. That’s because we know managing ongoing health issues doesn’t end in just a few weeks.

We know you’re busy, so we only ask for a few minutes of your time each week. By taking at least one or two readings per week and checking out your health guides, we’ll be able to help you get your numbers under control and keep them that way.
