After you enroll, you’ll get a link to schedule your call. Depending on your condition, you may need to take a few readings with your Sutter Sync monitor before scheduling, so your pharmacist has an up-to-date picture of your health.

You’ll meet your pharmacist and talk health

On your welcome call you’ll meet your Sutter Sync Pharmacist and talk through your health history, medicines and any questions you have. They’ll help you understand how Sutter Sync works and what to expect.

Why a pharmacist? 

Sutter Sync Pharmacists have special training in the conditions we support, so you can get expert care between visits with your primary care doctor or specialist.

They look closely at your medications — how they're working, how they fit into your routine, and whether changes could help improve your health. When needed, they can adjust your medications to help you get the best results from your treatment.

Any medication changes, recommendations and readings are documented in your health chart, so your Sutter Health providers stay informed.

They also stay up to date on the latest treatments, so your care is based on what works best today — not just what worked in the past.
