Didactic Activities
The educational opportunities and requirements for Sutter Roseville’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency include conferences, lectures, journal clubs, grand rounds, simulation labs and more. Our didactic activities are foundational in the training of competent obstetricians and gynecologists.
Foundational Topics – Standard ACGME requirements for Obstetrics and Gynecology including the subdivisions of MFM, GYN ONC, UroGyn, REI, and Family Planning
Grand Rounds – Every month presentations on cutting-edge topics in Obstetrical and Gynecological Diseases and general interest on Women’s health.
Morbidity and Mortality Conference – Weekly to monthly resident case presentations of both Obstetrical and gynecological cases including discussion with faculty and other staff.
General lecture series – Weekly to monthly Faculty lectures on topics from all aspects of OB/GYN.
