Salary and Benefits

We’ve got you covered. Fellows can accrue up to eight hours of PTO per pay period (maximum of 208 hours per year), which includes time off for vacations, sick days and holidays.

Holidays observed: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the Friday after) and Christmas Day. PTO or time without pay must be used during other clinic closures, unless the fellow is on approved educational leave.

An additional 40 hours per calendar year (80 hours per fellowship year) is provided for educational leave, including licensing exams, interviews for employment opportunities, conferences and other approved educational activities. Fellows are also eligible to take up to three days of paid bereavement leave per year and receive paid time off for jury duty. Extended unpaid leave for personal reasons (e.g., medical conditions or family needs) can be arranged.
