Covered California
Covered California connects state residents who need to purchase coverage with Medi-Cal and brand-name health insurance companies. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Sutter Health Plus
Sutter Health Plus is an affordable HMO health plan that offers individual and family plans to those who buy their health coverage. Plans include access to a high-quality network of providers, including many Sutter hospitals, doctors and healthcare services. HMO stands for health maintenance organization. HMO plans provide access to a select network of providers at a lower cost than PPO plans. When you enroll in an HMO plan, you must select a primary care physician (PCP).

Once you receive your insurance card, we encourage you to schedule a new patient appointment. Your provider can talk to you about screenings and immunizations you may need. Sign up for My Health Online (MHO) to access appointments, medical records and more online or from your smartphone.
