Description
Theproject is to create a longitudinalproof-of-concept research database (termed “MSClinQ”) that can support clinicalqueries, and can be readily updated as new treatment, diagnostic tools, andcare options emerge.
The unique feature of the database that we propose in thisproject is the inclusion of quantitative measures of whole brain and lesionvolume and changes in volume (e.g., lesionlocation, lesionsize), which will be readily tested to evaluate the value in estimatingdisease progression.
