Support for Children and Families - Healthy Young Minds
PAMF's Healthy Young Minds (HYM) program provides mental and emotional health assessments and evidence-based therapies with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for up to three office visits. The LCSW is available to discuss any behavioral, emotional or other issue of concern to the patient or their family. The HYM program is intended for new issues that aren't being treated by a professional.
The goal of the HYM visits will be to assess and create an integrated treatment plan on a focused concern with the family. The visits will also connect the family to appropriate therapists or community resources if needed. LCSW's are available within your pediatrician’s office to coordinate care.
