At the Encina Practice, Aihua directs the Four Pillars of Wellness Program.  The Four Pillars of Wellness consist of Nutrition, Activity, Sleep, and Mindset. Through personalized care, evidence-based medicine, and trusting relationship, Aihua works with patients to understand their unique medical needs and life circumstances that challenge their efforts to achieve optimal health. She provides medical evaluation and management with behavioral counseling and coaching, in addition to collaborating with patients' physicians and specialists.
