Philosophy of care

I want to help parents find the style of parenting that best fits their own values. I want to help teach children how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally, that they can maintain throughout their life.

Personal interests

Outside of Medicine, I enjoy spending time outdoors walking and hiking. I enjoy exploring new places through travel. As a former musician and dancer. I love attending the theater. When at home, you will often find me cuddling with my animals.
