Philosophy of Care
I believe very strongly in providing information and enabling patients to make decisions for themselves regarding their care. I believe in presenting all options and information available. Many Urogynecologic procedures involve quality of life. I speak and educate regarding opportunities that women have to improve their quality of life. Examples include the opportunity to have in office procedures for, prolapse, accidental bowel leakage as well as urine incontinence. I have a special interest in surgical treatments for pelvic organ prolapse, urogynecology, urinary incontinence, and fecal incontinence. I also believe that even if a patient does not act on information provided, just having the information is a good resource for them.
