The San Mateo County chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) holds its bi-monthly general meetings at the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center - San Mateo Campus Hendrickson Auditorium, first floor, every other month on the fourth Wednesday, starting in January.
NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization, is a self-help community, and offers free support groups, resource referrals, education, speakers, peer conversations, and, above all, hope. Membership is not necessary.
