Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) focuses on developing nonjudgmental awareness of your everyday experiences. Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's pioneering work, this 8–10-week program helps you face even the most challenging moments calmly and clearly. During the program, you’ll learn how stress impacts your body and ways to manage stress. Potential benefits include increased energy, reduced pain and the ability to relieve stress and anxiety. Talk with your care team about participating in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.
