As humans, we are all multifaceted. As a Family Physician, I enjoy getting to know my patients and seeing aspects of their lives that makes each individual unique. Taking care of the whole family allows me to better understand the dynamics of their lives that much better. My philosophy of "start with prevention" embodies a holistic approach and combines my interest in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. While I enjoy treating sports injuries, I also like the challenge of introducing exercise into people's lives. Increased fitness translates into improved quality of life. When you are in shape you tend to eat and sleep better and have less stress.
