Health Education Resource Centers (HERC)

PAMF has Health Education Resource Centers (HERC) in Danville, Dublin, Fremont, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Carlos and Palo Alto. Staffed by health educators, the centers are open to PAMF patients and other community members. Services are provided at no cost. We can assist you in finding information and resources to help you make informed decisions about your health and wellness.

We offer a variety of classes, events and support groups in prenatal and postpartum, stress reduction, fitness, behavior change, and senior health. Many are offered virtually.
