Sutter Sync for Pregnancy FAQs

Currently, the program is offered for free.

The only requirement is that you’re pregnant. When your OB signs you up, you’ll get a message in My Health Online.

When you sign up, we'll send you a Care Kit with a blood pressure monitor and scale that connect to Sutter’s My Health Online mobile app. Your Care Kit has detailed instructions on how to take your readings and connect your real-time health data to our care team. 

Yes, your routine pregnancy care continues while you’re using Sutter Sync. It’s possible your doctor will allow you to skip some routine appointments if your blood pressure and weight stay within normal range. You’ll need to discuss this with your OB provider.

Yes, your health information is safe and secure. Your readings and any other information you share with us are stored in My Health Online, a trusted platform designed to protect your personal health information.

We know you’re busy, so we only ask for a few minutes of your time each week to take readings. 

1. Log in to Sutter’s My Health Online app
2. Go to the menu in the top left corner of the Home screen (a square with 3 lines)
3. Scroll down to the My Record section and tap To Do
4. Tap the arrows on either side of Today’s Tasks to see Future or Past tasks
