Your neurological disabilities shouldn’t hold you back from a rewarding work life. Sutter’s Pacific Employment Program can help you overcome barriers you may experience when seeking work. This workforce initiative provides:
- Career coaching
- Employer partnerships
- Job placement
- Skill building
Why Choose Sutter
You can feel confident choosing our employment program. We have a strong track record, including a 78% job placement rate. For 17 years, we’ve been CARF certified, and we’re proud to be recognized by the California Department of Rehabilitation as a trusted workforce partner. We offer personalized career support designed to fit your strengths and needs.
From day one, we’re by your side. Our team provides coaching to help you build confidence, prepare your resume and improve your interview skills. We’ll connect you with local businesses that are actively hiring neurodivergent candidates and guide you through the application process. If you’d like, we’ll even go with you to interviews and speak up for you during meetings. Once you're on the job, we continue to support you with coaching and help with accommodations to make sure you can thrive.

Our History
PEP Jobs was started in 2006 through a partnership between CPMC’s epilepsy program and the California Department of Rehabilitation. Today, we’re proud to support people with seizure disorders and brain injuries as they get ready for work and find meaningful jobs. We work closely with the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California, UCSF Medical Center, Stanford Medical Center and the Marin Brain Injury Network to make this possible.

How You Can Help
You can help support free job placement services for people with brain injuries and epilepsy. Join our community of support by making a tax-deductible contribution through the CPMC Foundation or with an online gift. Or more information about donating to PEP Jobs, reach out via phone or email.
